nebullai.

Privacy, plainly.

This site sets one cookie of its own, uses Google Analytics, and keeps what you send through the contact form. Here is what each one does, how long we keep it, and how to say no. Updated September 24, 2026

Our cookie

If you press Accept on the banner, we set a cookie called nb_vid. It holds a random id and nothing about you. It tells us that the visit on Tuesday and the visit on Thursday were the same browser, so we can see which pages get read and where people give up. A second cookie, nb_sid, groups one sitting of pages together and expires after thirty quiet minutes. We record the pages you open, how long each was on screen, how far you scrolled, and clicks on outside links and the "Book a call" button. We never sell or share this, and no advertising company sees it.

We also note the organisation your internet address belongs to, when a public directory says it is a company rather than a home connection. The address itself is not stored, only a one-way hash of it, which we cannot turn back into the address.

If you've emailed with us

When we write to you, links in our email can carry a short token (?nbt=…). If you follow one and have accepted the cookie, we connect your visit to you in our CRM, so the person who emailed you knows you read the pricing page, for example. Decline the cookie and the token does nothing.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 for overall traffic figures. It only starts after you press Accept; before that, and after a Decline, it stores nothing in your browser. Google's own terms for the data it processes are at policies.google.com/privacy.

The contact form

What you type into "Book a call" (your name, company, work email, phone and message) goes by email to the person who will reply and into our CRM as a lead, together with the page you were on and the campaign that brought you, if any. If you accepted the cookie, the visit history behind that browser is attached too. We use it to reply and to remember the conversation. No newsletters.

How long we keep it

  • Page visits and clicks: 24 months, then deleted.
  • Anonymous visitors (never identified, never sent the form): deleted after 12 months without a visit.
  • Contact-form leads and CRM records: as long as we are in touch, or until you ask us to remove them.
  • Your Accept / Decline choice: 12 months in your browser, then we ask again.

Saying no

Press Decline on the banner, or reopen it any time with the Cookies link in the footer. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are treated as a Decline without being asked. The link below records a Decline right now, which also stops any sale or sharing. There is none, but the law asks us to offer the switch.
